Schiavello family buy another Bunnings

The Epping outlet (marked) sold for $49.5 million.

EXCLUSIVE

The Schiavello family has bought another Melbourne Bunnings – this time outlaying $49.5 million.

The 3.92 hectare outlet at 308 Cooper Street, Epping, on the north west corner of Edgars, also exposed to Taryn Drive, was offered by David Feldman.

He paid $36.3 m in 2015.

That seller was Bunnings with a leaseback.

The latest sale was struck off-market (continues below).

It comes six months since we reported the Schiavello family bought a Bunnings at Clyde North, south-east of Melbourne, for $44m.

That seller was Charter Hall, which paid $42.3m, in early 2020.

Bunnings was again that seller, with a 12 year leaseback.

Epping is about 20 kilometres north of town.
