Salta announces second East Melbourne complex
Salta has unveiled an East Melbourne residential complex for those spooked by the $1m entry price at its 150 Clarendon St development, also in the suburb.
The more affordable project, 140 Gipps Street, will contain 17 dwellings in a four level structure.
It is still targeted to prestige buyers, fit out with a fireplace and marble surfaces.
The dwellings will also have a large terrace.
Prices range from $525,000-$1.3m.
The complex is earmarked for an outgoing Mercy Hospital car park.
