Publican Ricky Munday has listed a historic home in Geelong’s trendy Newtown.
The four bedroom plus study, over two floors, is asking $2.75 million.
Robert Creece Real Estate’s Peter Bell is marketing it privately.
National Australia Bank placed the Geelong-based Munday Group in receivership earlier this year.
The hospitality business controls eight properties and 432 electronic gambling machines.
