Quatius Logistics leases Truganina warehouse from Aliro Group

Aliro Group has secured Quatius Logistics to occupy half of a major warehouse it is developing on a speculative basis in Melbourne’s Truganina.

Quatius has rented an 8746 square metre space – known as Warehouse A, 45 National Drive – within Goodman’s Connect West Industrial Estate.

The lease is for an initial seven year term.

Connect West Industrial Estate is about 22 kilometres west of the Melbourne CBD and 14 kilometres north of Port of Melbourne.

CBRE’s Harry Kalaitzis, Todd Grima and Tom Hayes are representing Sydney-based Aliro Group.

Warehouse B – which includes 8786 sqm of lettable area, 332 sqm of which is an office – is still for lease.

Due for completion this month, the facility includes a warehouse floor with a seven tonne load capacity, ceiling with 13.7 metre clearance, 40 metre super awning, ESFR fire sprinklers, solar systems, 10 battery charge points, LED lighting and 53 car parks.

Elsewhere in Melbourne, Quatius has operations in the south east suburbs of Braeside and Dandenong South.

Following the lease to Quatius for Warehouse A, half of Aliro Group’s speculative Truganina project is available.
