Prominent Brighton Pub to be Redeveloped as Flats
The historic pub, built in 1865 and once called the Court House Hotel – along with an adjoining open-air car park – will now be rebuilt as a ritzy apartment complex, Khyats Town Residences. Barleys St Kilda’s Danielle Martin said entry level apartments are priced from $1.25 million.
