Primewest secures Kelly+Partners to office, naming rights, at Brookvale
Primewest has secured Kelly+Partners to a 636 square metre, recently renovated ground floor office in Sydney’s north Brookvale.
The chartered accounting firm will also buy naming rights at 120 Old Pittwater Road, following a six year deal negotiated by CBRE’s Ben Byford.
The starting annual net rent for the lettable area is $200 per sqm.
Its new base includes a large visitor car park (story continues below).
Kelly+Partners, which operates nationally, will move in the Northern Beaches pocket from an adjacent Lifestyle co-working building.
Brookvale is about 16 kilometres from the city.
