The 19 – 37 A’Beckett Street site will make way for an Elenberg Fraser designed 33-level apartment building with 287 apartments. Despite the gloomy economic backdrop of 2008, Mr Schwartz says about 95 per cent of the apartments sold off the plan.

He estimates it will take about 23 months for the building to be complete.
