Pamela Anderson House Sold
The Canterbury Road home, which former Geelong footballer Sam Newman built for himself but never lived in, is understood to have sold for more than $1.4 million to an undisclosed business identity.
The price is sure to please the vendor, financial Sean Patrick Taylor, who was speculated to have paid between $600,000 and $700,000 for the house five years ago.
Marshall White director Marcus Chiminello was marketing the 3-level property which included its own lap pool. He confirmed the property sold when approached by Secret Agent but declined to elaborate on buyer or price.
