Orchard to Sell Gold Coast’s Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre

The complex is 85.3 per cent occupied. It is being offloaded by Orchard Funds Management.

Chevron Renaissance was developed by the Raptis Group in 2000. Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International are marketing the shopping centre.
