The double-storey apartment measures 420 square metres and includes 180 degree harbour and city skyline views, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large open plan living area opening to terraces.
Wizard Home Loan founder Mark Bouris paid $4.75 million for the apartment “off the plan” in 2005, while Mirvac were refurbishing the former office building. The apartment is currently leased at $3,500 a week.
Completed in October 2007, the apartment tower includes 101 apartments, a third of which are one-bedroom units or studios.
The development won the urban renewal category of the Urban Development Institute of Australia awards, and is reported to be about four kilometres from Nicole’s family, who live around the inner north-western suburb of Greenwich.
Nicole and Keith recently sold a Darling Point villa for $13 million, after it was listed last May for $20 million, and a two-storey Walsh Bay apartment they owned for 20 months. The couple are also understood to own a property in the Southern Highlands.
