Newcastle warehouse leased, sold
A warehouse in Newcastle’s west has leased and sold in quick succession.
Australia Post will move into the 2135 square metre industrial facility at 2 Aluminium Close, which was being marketed for sale vacant.
The former transport depot on a 3955 sqm battle axe shaped block contains five truck entrances – also exposed to Superior Avenue.
With that lease agreement, the property transacted – for $3.75 million (continues below).
Collective Commercial brokered both deals.
Edgeworth is about 16 kilometres from Newcastle.
