New $20 Million Shopping Centre Earmarked For Yarrawonga
High profile car yards, and furnishing suppliers – key retail sectors for provincial cities – will be encouraged to open on main road land the council is rezoning
Yarrawonga is located about 300 kilometres north of Melbourne, on the southern foreshore of Lake Mulwala.
The council has also recently sought expressions of interest for consultants to prepare an economic and land use analysis to assess the suitability of rezoning residential land in Belmore Street, toward the Murray Valley Highway, for business purposes.
