NBV Makes $13.85 Million From Two Adjoining CBD Offices

The Nurses Board paid $4.1 million for 595 Little Collins Street ten years ago (that building now sold for $8.945 million).

It added the smaller 597 Little Collins Street building in 2008 for $4.9 million. That office sold for $4.91 million at auction yesterday.
