More Real Estate Agents Failing to Disclose Auction Sale Results

The Real Estate Institute of Victoria – a membership group owned and operated by real estate agencies who promote themselves as an independent institute – said it does not see a problem with the lack of reported sales results information.

“I don’t think it’s that big an issue when one in 10 don’t (report a price)” REIV’s Robert LaRocca told the Herald Sun, suggesting “you can go along to the auction and see what happens there.”
