Madden’s Clayton Development One Step Closer
The 2107 – 2125 Dandenong Road project was approved for redevelopment by the Minister in February after being rejected by council as being inappropriate for residential development, because of a lack of infrastructure.
This week, the Department of Planning and Community Development approved a planning amendment reflecting the Minister’s February 2010 decision, paving the way for marketing to start before the end of the year.
