LOGOS Group secures efm Logistics for speculative Altona warehouse

Logistics focused landlord and developer LOGOS Group has found an occupier to take all of a speculative 23,322 square metre facility it only completed construction of last month.

efm Logistics Services will move into the Altona Logistics Estate warehouse mid-year.

JLL’s Matt Ellis and Matt Crofts represented LOGOS Group, which is backed by, amongst others, Canada based institutional fund manager Ivanhoe Cambridge.

Macquarie Capital is also a shareholder.

LOGOS Group’s national portfolio includes assets in New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia.

It has $4.2 billion in equity commitments out of 15 Australian ventures.

In Melbourne, it owns about 350,000 sqm of industrial stock.

It is also sitting on 27 hectares of land beside its Truganina Logistics Estate.

Since 2018, LOGOS Group has acquired the national distribution centres of Amart Furniture and Kmart – both in the city’s west.

Last year, it expanded into India after previously investing in China, Indonesia and Singapore.
