LLC providers trade Queensland hinterland site
Land lease community providers have traded a Sunshine Coast Hinterland site.
Clifton Lifestyle has paid $15.2 million for the 13.5 hectare block at 3-53 Savilles Road, Highworth, west of Nambour.
The vendor, a joint venture between Ingenia Communities and Sun Communities, paid $17.05m in 2021.
The elevated site was reoffered permit-ready for a 230-lot land lease community with a cinema, gym, pool, bowling green, tennis and pickleball courts, men’s shed and caravan and boat parking.
That approval would also allow for a traditional residential subdivision (continues below).
Colliers’ Baydn Dodds and Chris O’Driscoll were the marketing agents.
Nambour is about 15 kilometres south west of Maroochydore.
