The Alexandria amalgamation (outlined) spreads 5351 square metres.

The priciest of the properties – 100-108 Botany Road and 98-100 Wyndham Street – collected $29.9 million.

An abutting site, 86-96 Wyndham St, traded for $16.1m.

Last June, Kurraba submitted plans to replace the blocks with Australia’s first life sciences precinct, with assets from five to 11 levels, containing 26,650 square metres.

Delivery is expected next year.

Kurraba is separately buying 74-82 Wyndham St, next to the above blocks, for a five level office/laboratory also forming part of the precinct.

TGC Property Group’s John Romyn and Paul Hunter brokered the off-market sales more than a year ago.
