Sydney developer Lend Lease will construct a strata office complex in Melbourne’s Docklands.
Lifestyle Working Collins Street will measure 9500 square metres and include 137 suites.
With retail on the ground floor, investments at 838 Collins Street will be sized between 48-123 sqm.
The office space quality would be considered A-grade and be designed with shared meeting spaces. Some would also overlook a park to the north.
The building will be surrounded by major commercial buildings including the ANZ headquarters across the road and National Australia Bank up the street.
Retail strip Merchant Street is less than 100 metres away.
Lend Lease, with joint venture partner Stable Group, will provide Lifestyle Working Collins Street occupiers with electric powered scooters for local travelling.
The project’s estimated end value is $70 million.
