ANZ, Leda trade Castle Hill office/warehouse

Leda Holdings has paid $14 million for an industrial property at Sydney’s Castle Hill.

ANZ Specialist Asset Management was the vendor.

On Carrington Road, the property contains 13,825 square metres of lettable area – a mix of office and warehouse.

Based on the annual rental income, the deal is being struck at a 7.1 per cent yield.

Colliers International’s David Lidgard and Paul McGlynn negotiated the off-market deal.

ANZ has been winding up the SAM division this year.

Leda, directed by Bob Ell, holds other western Sydney investments, including at Rydalmere, Macquarie Park and North Ryde.
