Last two blocks sold in Melbourne industrial estate
The last two blocks at Plus Property’s Axiom Estate in Melbourne’s west are selling.
A combined $22.7m is being achieved for the neighbouring 1.6 hectare industrial sites: 52 and 58 Doriemus Drive, Truganina (pictured, top).
The buyer is an as yet undisclosed local private developer.
The deals come a year after 62 Doriemus Dve and 2 Pauljoseph Way on the block traded for $12.8m, and 24 Doriemus Dve next to that sold for $7.4m.
AND Property’s Ricardo Cappelletti brokered all the sales.
Truganina is about 23 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.
