JLL replaces ANZ CEO

Stephen Conry has retired after 40 years with JLL.

JLL has appointed Dan Kernaghan (pictured, top) as Australia and New Zealand chief executive officer.

The former office leasing department head has been the managing director of JLL’s Sydney branch since 2018.

He will replace the retiring Stephen Conroy who has held the CEO role for 13 years.

“Though sad to see Stephen Conry leave after an incredible 40 year career with JLL, we are grateful for his immense contribution during that time,” JLL Asia Pacific CEO Anthony Couse said.

“He has helped nurture a highly talented group of leaders in Australia and New Zealand and I’m confidence Dan will help drive even greater growth and connectivity across the whole business,” he added (story continues below).

Mr Kernaghan has been on JLL’s Executive Committee for four years.

“Our strong and diverse client base will continue to be focus of the firm, delivering the best in-class services JLL is well known for in the market,” he said.
