JB LEDs collects $10.75m from office/warehouse
Lighting group JB LEDs has sold a developer its Cheltenham office/warehouse.
The 1.1 hectare amalgamation, 10 (pictured, top) and 20 Christensen Street, collected $10.75 million – a price reflecting a 3.1 per cent initial yield.
The Weighted Average Lease Expiry was a short 1.45 years.

Cheltenham is about 18 kilometres south east of Melbourne.
