IP Australia Leases 1200 Square Metres in Richmond

The Canberra-based firm will pay about $280 per square metres for five years, with a five year option to lease the building.

According to Colliers International agent Travis Myerscough who negotiated the lease, IP Australia’s role is to provide a strong intellectual property system which promotes innovation, investment and trade.

It is responsible for administering patents, trade marks, designs and plant breeder’s rights.
