Indoor rock climber expands in south east

Indoor rock climbing group Boulder Lab has signed a lease for a second Melbourne facility, at Clayton.

The business already operates at Ferntree Gully.

Its agreement at the new premises, 1418 Centre Road, at the T-intersection of Carinish, is for an initial five years.

The 1166 square metre space includes a showroom, warehouse and modern offices.

There are also 27 car parks (story continues below).

“This is a quality building with main road exposure and excellent car parking,” Crabtrees Real Estate director Chris McKenzie, who marketed the property with colleague Joe Monea, said.

Boulder Lab is paying starting annual net rent of $165,000.
