In2Financial takes over Gardenvale training college space

Mortgage broker In2Financial has entered a long term lease for a double storey, double-fronted commercial building in Melbourne’s Gardenvale.

At 115 Gardenvale Road, the split level office and showroom, with boardroom, kitchen and reception, spreads over 240 square metres. It includes seven car parks at the rear.

The double storey building contains 240 square metres of lettable area.

The building is presently occupied by Premium Health as a medical training facility.

Teska Carson marketing agents Fergus Evans and George Takis said the property is in a tightly held commercial and retail pocket, close to amenities.

Gardenvale is about 10 kilometres south-east of the CBD – bound by Brighton, Brighton East, Caulfield South and Elsternwick.

“The location offers parking as well as close proximity to public transport, cafes and coffee shops, and other retail services in a successful commercial/retail precinct with little to no vacancy.

“The property also offered a flexible and spacious floor plan which was a great fit for the tenant meeting all their requirements,” the broker added.

Upstairs contains both closed and open-plan office areas.

In2Financial is paying starting annual rent of $65,000 for 115 Gardenvale Road.

The lessor is a Melbourne-based investor.

Seven car parks are at the rear of the building.
