The 4010 square metre site with an enclosed awning at 9 Sheridan Close will be occupied as a milk processing plant.
It previously output red meat and poultry.
Council is yet to approve a cool room which forms part of the 2169 sqm internal area – but including that, the price reflects a building rate per sqm of $2997.

The factory has rear frontage, but not a crossover, to the busy Milperra Road where it is opposite a Bunnings and Bankstown Airport and adjacent to a McDonald’s restaurant.
It is also a few minutes drive to two M5 Motorway access points: Henry Lawson Drive and The River Road.
