HomeCo sells Bathurst investment

HomeCo REIT is understood to have sold a Bathurst bulky goods retail investment for $16.95 million.

The value is $50,000 more than the June, 2020, book value.

Argus Property Partners is the buyer according to propertymarkets.news.

Both parties have been contacted.

On 5.2 hectares, 3 Pat O’Leary Drive, Kelso, contains 16,047 square metres of area (story continues below).

Major occupiers include Amart Furniture, Godfreys, Harvey Norman, Home Sweet Home and Plus Fitness.

HomeCo created the asset out of an ex-Masters store picked up in a portfolio five years ago.

Kelso is three kilometres east of Bathurst.

Sydney is 200km away.
