It is the end of an era in Perth’s ritzy Nedlands with the Loreto Sisters selling the historic ex-Loreto Nedlands after 94 years.

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care is the buyer, for $28.82 million.
An aged care facility and wellness centre is earmarked for the 1.89 hectare site, 69 Webster Street, also exposed to Stanley and Elizabeth.
Historic buildings would be retained as part of the design, also expected to include some kind of public amenity.
It would be the group’s 40th retirement home – outside of Western Australia, its owns and operates ACT and New South Wales complexes.
Last July we reported it bought Kiama’s Blue Haven Bonaira, south of Wollongong, from the local council, for $95m.
The West Perth headquartered family owned group also has a home care service.

The last class was at the end of 2023.
With the sale, the not-for-profit has no more schools in Western Australia.
It has seven though outside the state.
Charter Keck Cramer’s Jessica Crossland and Patrick McNulty were the transaction advisers.
Knight Frank’s Tony Delich and Zac Schreier were the agents.
