Herbalife rents inner east Adelaide office

Herbalife will move into the high-quality space vacated by Williams Real Estate.

Herbalife will rent the first floor space of an inner east Adelaide commercial building vacated by prestige property broker Williams Real Estate.

The 276 square metre high-quality area at 1 Alexandra Avenue, Rose Park, is configured with nine offices, a boardoom and meeting/waiting area.

It also includes a balcony overlooking street treetops and 11 car parks.

Mazda (SA) occupied the double storey building and had naming rights about eight years ago.

The site neighbours a service station opposite Adelaide Parklands Circuit, a former Formula 1 track.

The foyer is fitted out as a meeting/waiting room.

Rose Park is about a kilometre east of Adelaide’s CBD.

CBRE’s Michael Pfitzner, Chris Lucas and Andrew Bahr represented the landlord after Williams moved elsewhere within the suburb.

Herbalife was established in 1980 by Mark Hughes who initially sold the weight loss program from his car.

Now headquartered in Los Angeles, it achieved US$1 billion in sales by 1996 – a value more than trebled by 2011.

The Rose Park office overlooks tree tops near the corner of Alexandra Way and Princes Highway, about a kilometre east of Adelaide’s CBD.
