Guy Grossi sells Melbourne hotel
Recently retired restaurateur Guy Grossi has taken a hit selling a historic Melbourne hotel after three and a half years.
The North Carlton property, 237 Station Street, traded for about $2.4 million, sources say – a sub four per cent yield.
Mr Grossi paid $2.75m in 2022.
It was reoffered with a new five-year lease with options.
Mr Grossi recently sold his Bourke St restaurant Grossi Florentino after 26 years, ending decades in the hospitality sector.
