GPT Sells Three Assets Including Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain Lodge
The properties include the Cradle Mountain Lodge in Tasmania, and the Cannon Hill Homemaker City Centre in Queensland. A third industrial property in Yeerongpilly, Queensland, was also sold.
GPT is selling about $1.4 billion of assets nationally including two office buildings in Canberra, and an office and retail complex in Sydney’s Elizabeth Street.
