GPT Sells Four Points by Sheraton For $185 Million

GPT will invest $5 million in capital expenditure works, according to the AFR, which will mean it avoids a bigger $30 million plan to revamp the hotel.

GPT is also trying to sell its Ayers Rock Resort for about $300 million, and the Brampton Island Resort.
