Government banks $9.6m for industrial site

Oly will consolidate to the site (outlined) from Yandina and Cooroy.

Oly Homes has settled on neighbouring sites within the Sunshine Coast Industrial Park, being subdivided by the state government.

The 2.19 hectare High Impact zoned amalgamation, 14 and 34 Maurice Harvey Crescent, Corbould Park, set it back $9.855 million ex-GST.

A proposed modular home building facility – mooted mid-last year – will allow the group to increase its output from c200 units per annum to c550.
