George Saade leases retail component of Prahran’s Station Hotel development

The 240 square metre space which will soon be fitted-out and tenanted by Next Practice Health.

Melbourne investor George Saade has filled a large retail area within the Station Hotel redevelopment he has recently completed in Prahran’s trendy Greville Street.

The 240 square metre space (pictured, left) attracted a starting annual rent of $240,000 from Next Practice Health.

The former pub has been repurposed into a $30 million mixed-use commercial and residential complex (pictured, top) by the Saade Group.

Morley Commercial’s Tom Larwill and Josh McMullin marketed the retail space at 96-106 Greville Street for lease. It will now be fitted-out to the requirements of the occupier.

Opposite the Prahran train station, the Station Hotel is about four kilometres south of the Melbourne CBD.

In August we reported that Little Project Group is planning to construct a seven-storey apartment building at 17-22 Grattan Street, opposite Grattan Gardens, walking distance to the Prahran Market.
