Garry Lyon and Nicky Brownless are selling the renovated Armadale home they bought for $3.18 million in mid-2018.

The two can expect $3-$3.3m this time around; Marshall White’s Fraser Cahill, Chris Barrett and Andrew Hayne are taking it to auction next month.

With four bedrooms and an upstairs study which could make another, the Federation occupies a 348 square metre site.

The property is a block from Toorak train station, which is in Armadale, near the High Street retail strip (story continues below).

It is also a short walk to Orrong Road which is the Prahran border.

The vendors acquired the Melbourne home about three years after dating.

Ms Brownless, who was separated from another ex-footballer, Billy, when that relationship began, sold a contemporary four bedroom Newtown, Geelong, house for $2.075m prior to relocating.

Mr Lyon holds a Mornington Peninsula farm which cost $3m three years ago.

The home is being quoted at $3-$3.3 million ahead of auction next month.
