Frasers Property Australia signs Pinnacle Hardware for second industrial site
Frasers Property Australia has struck a leasing deal with Pinnacle Hardware for a 12,300 square metre facility, about 30 kilometres south-east of the Brisbane CBD.
The complex, within the Berrinba Logistics Park (pictured, top), is the second Frasers Property Australia has rented to the occupier.
Pinnacle Hardware moved into the developer’s The Key Industrial Park in Melbourne’s Keysborough last year.
