Frank Costa to sell Newtown mansion ahead of move to central Geelong

Prominent Geelong business identity Frank Costa (pictured, top) has put his sprawling Newtown mansion on the market, ahead of a move to a flash new penthouse overlooking the Royal Geelong Yacht Club, Corio Bay and Cunningham Pier, in central Geelong.

The outgoing 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, spread over four titles at 1 Whyte Court, includes a pool, tennis court and a large established garden offering views over Barwon Valley and the Queens Park Golf Course.

Robert Creece Real Estate managing director Robert Creece is marketing the Newtown privately for $3.5 million.

Frank and wife Shirley are expected to move into their new Edgewater Apartment penthouse next year. The couple have called Newtown home for 23 years, having raised their eight daughters at Whyte Court.
