About 15 kilometres from the CBD, the building was previously owned by a Chinese property investor, and also once belonged to the Fosters Group.
It is expected to sell for about $35 million according to sources. Colliers International’s Peter Bremner and Jeremy Gruzewski are marketing the office with Nichols Crowder’s Matt Nichols and Matt Spicer.
The building is at a busy corner that divides Bentleigh from Brighton East, Hampton East and Moorabbin.
Last April, it was reported local investor Gillon Group purchased seven adjoining sites at the Brighton East corner, creating a $15 million supersite. It’s expected that property will be redeveloped into a mixed use complex with major apartment buildings.
