Fife Capital has sold a distribution centre recently completed on the Hunted Antiques site, in Melbourne.

The Canterbury Road site previously accommodated showrooms.

The 4.04 hectare holding, 80-86 Canterbury Road, Kilsyth, traded off-market to Charlie Buxton’s Cadence Property Group.

It contains a c3700 square metre office/warehouse, completed in two years ago and leased to DUTT Transport for its headquarters.

For several years before COVID, it operated as a market, Hunted Antiques, offering rented stalls.

It previously accommodated showrooms occupied at various stages by Spare Change/ Warehouse Direct and, some 20 years ago, Casual Living (continues below).

Fife paid $17m in 2021.

It was offered by Kevin and Ron Ward in 2019 along with a 9.9ha block next door, opposite Boral’s Montrose quarry.

The Wards are prominent local developers, years ago replacing the 12ha ex-Vulcan site in Bayswater into a business park.
