Eynesbury Estate Taking Shape in The West
Joint developers GEO Property Group and Woodhouse Pastoral Company have released new images of the sustainable township, which will be built around an 1870s fully restored bluestone homestead, about 35 kilometres from town.
Eynesbury will eventually accommodate over 9,000 residents in 2,900 homes, and have its own commercial, and community support facilities. The Eynesbury Equestrian Centre will be developed around existing polo fields in the precinct, which is about a ten minute drive south from the centre of Melton.
Blocks at the latest stage in Eynesbury start at $95,000 for a 583 square metre standard parcel. Golf course fronting lots, many with views of Grey Box Forest, start at $185,000 for an 800 square metre block.
As is the case in many parts of Australia, the developers are offering cash and landscaping incentives on top of the Government’s potential $26,000 First Home Owners Grant, to kick start new construction.
