Ex-Cue Clothing warehouse sold

The Mascot warehouse sold for $11.65 million.

The Levis family has sold an inner south Sydney industrial property formerly used by its Cue Clothing brand, which it divested in August.

The 2046 square metre holding with 50 car parks at 687 Gardeners Road, Mascot, collected $11.65 million.

Zoned E3 Productivity Support, the property can support a taller structure – up to 44 metres.

There is currently a combined 3291 sqm – with a warehouse, office and showroom.

There is also an onsite sub station with high AMP power supply.

The deal to Jarwick Pty Ltd settled February.

Mascot is about seven kilometres from town. Nearby businesses include Bunnings, Harley-Davidson, Mercedes-Benz, Nick Scali, Storage King and Tesla.

Cue’s Surry Hills headquarters hit the market in November with c$40m price hopes; Cushman & Wakefield have that listing.

The business traded to Britain’s Hilco Capital last April.
