Evolve Reinforcement rents third Melbourne factory in as many years
A company which plays a major role in both state and federal government construction projects has rented its third Melbourne facility in as many years.
Evolve Reinforcement’s new 5260 square metre warehouse, 4 South Road, Braybrook, on the north east corner of Bank Street, is opposite Central West Shopping Centre.
Former occupier, ESP Machinery, moved 200 metres away.
CBRE’s Fergus Pragnell, Tom Murphy and Ricardo Cappelletti found the replacement.
The ex-engineering complex contains eight overhead cranes, multiple roller doors and a wash bay.
Recently refurbished, it also includes a new concrete warehouse slab, saw tooth roof and offices (story continues below).
The property occupies a 7542 sqm parcel with drive through truck access and a yard (pictured, top) accessed from the side street.
It is walking distance to Tottenham train station.
“We continue to see the construction industry support employment in Victoria, which will be crucial…in the coming years,” Mr Pragnell said.
Braybrook is about eight kilometres west of the city.
Evolve Reinforcement is headquartered in Port Melbourne.
