Desane strikes sale, lease deals at Lane Cove West
Desane Group Holdings has leased and sold near neighbouring office/warehouses in the Lane Cove West industrial estate.
The group is banking $8.7 million ex-GST for 13 Sirius Road, which had been for rent, asking $200,000 per year.
On 1650 square metres it contains 2128 sqm and 50 car parks.
Desane paid PMP Wholesale $2.9m in April, 2005.
Sutton Anderson’s Brad Sutton brokered the onsale.
Orthopaedic renews
Meanwhile, Signature Orthopaedics has renewed at 7 Sirius Road – with 2240 sqm of warehousing, 460 sqm of offices and 38 car parks.
The business – a long-time tenant manufacturing orthopadeic devices for the medical sector – is now committed until 2032.
Desane also paid $2.9m for this property, on 1647 sqm, but in early 2010.
That seller was the Roads & Traffic Authority of NSW.
Lane Cove West is about 12 kilometres north of Sydney’s CBD.
