Daniel Tzvetkoff’s Gold Coast mansion sold
Technology tycoon Daniel Tzvetkoff has sold his Gold Coast mansion for $17 million.
The near complete dwelling in Hedges Avenue is reported will need another half million spent to complete a renovation.
With a 10-bay underground car park it spreads four Mermaid Beach blocks.
Knight Frank and Ray White Broadbeach were the selling agents.
The property cost the vendor $28m last year.
Hospitality entrepreneur Tony Smith was that vendor.
