Colliers International Relocates Eastern Suburb Office in Melbourne

Victorian managing director John Marasco said the new 572 square metre office will accommodate more than 40 staff, including some which will relocate from its Collins Street office.

“The outer eastern markets have been performing strongly for the last few years and are now the major growth area for Melbourne’s outer suburban office markets,” Mr Marasco told Capital Gain. “The new offices will provide a new, high quality and central location for our business as it expands to meet the growing demands of the market.”

Colliers will relocate from Mulgrave to Clayton in May. It has signed a six year lease at a starting rental of about $175,000 net with 30 car spaces.
