Ceramic group buys $13m warehouse off the plan

The Keysborough site made way for two industrial assets.

Ceramics wholesaler GNS, established 58 years ago in New South Wales, has doubled its local footprint with the purchase of a turnkey office/warehouse, at Keysborough.

The 3911 square metre facility, 23 Tasman Court, set it back $12.98 million – a deal formalised on December 22, 2022, but which settled earlier this month.

The site spreads 7594 sqm.

The building shares a roofline.

GNS, which since 2017 has also had retail outlets, is focused on the eastern seaboard (story continues below).

GNS paid $12.98 million for 23 Tasman Court.

In 2020, it bought DW Custers, expanding its Brisbane coverage.

GNS joins in this pocket of Keysborough, Adairs, Nick Scali and Sealy distribution centres.

Colliers’ Sam Hibbins and Luke Lowden were the agents. The price includes GST.
