CB Richard Ellis Appoints New Director Asset Services
Mr Hutt has over 15 years experience in the property industry, covering all facets of valuation, consultancy and property management.
The new appointment follows the promotion of CBRE’s Regional Director, Asset Services, Sam Currurrullo to a new role as Executive Managing Director, Asset Services, where he will retain an overall leadership role of the Pacific team and continued strong involvement with Pacific clients, while also providing strategic advice and direction to the broader Asia Asset Services business.
The announcement coincides with continued strong growth in CBRE’s Pacific Asset Services business, with the first recently appointed as the national Facilities Management provider for the DEXUS office and industrial portfolios.
