Bunnings converted retail centre sells for $8.7m
A Bunnings converted large format retail investment at Warwick, 80 kilometres south of Toowoomba, has sold for $8.65 million.

The 2522 square metre Warwick Home & Co at 26 Palmerin Street only opened this year.
Repco and Choice The Discount Store are the tenants, on leases expiring in 2032 and 2035 respectively.
The 4226 sqm block, also exposed to Albert St, has 41 car parks.
The property was offered with a 4609 sqm neighbouring parcel, facing Albion St, permit-ready for 1895 sqm of gross lettable area – part pre-committed to Snap Fitness – and 46 car parks.
Colliers’ Harry Dever, James Wilson and Marlon Crawford were the agents.
A Queensland based private investor is the buyer.
The deal comes 17 months since the Warwick Home & Life homemaker centre, with 2865 sqm and 63 car parks, sold for $11.8m.
Warwick is about 130km west of Brisbane’s CBD.
