Brooki Bakehouse founder lists historic Brisbane home

The kitchen at 76 Watson Street.

Brooki Bakehouse founder Brooke Bellamy and husband, Justice, have listed Camp Hill’s historic Litchaton after 20 months.

The property being marketed without a price guide but expected to fetch more than $3.5 million.

The couple paid $3.6m.

It had previously been for private sale asking $3.65m.

Place New Farm agents Sarah Hackett and Lauren Marmotta are the agents.

Litchaton

Built in 1898, Litchaton at 76 Watson Street sits on 916 square metres flanked by two towering palm trees (continues below).

The 916 square metre site includes a pool.

The holding includes a swimming pool and multiple entertainment areas set among established gardens.

The casual lounge opens to a deck.

Fully renovated, the 486sqm residence features five bedrooms — three with ensuites — two living areas and a study.

The farmhouse-style kitchen is larger than the already expansive master suite.

It is understood the family plans to relocate overseas.

Late last year, UAE-based investor Arada — owned by Saudi Arabian royalty — invested $25m to expand the Brooki Bakehouse business globally, with plans for around 100 stores.
